I was watching hockey in Koisports and the screen went black. Firefox was open but was behind my desktop and I could see my tool bar up top and open/close apps but wouldn't come forward. Only desktop shows....

Try to close the process by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and click on processes, the close the "firefox.exe" process. Then run a Microsoft Security Scan here http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx to check for any malware that may have caused the problem
