Do you mean the page that comes up when Google displays results?

As you know, Google sniffs your ISP connection to decide which site to serve you. You can override that as described in Google's help article Google.com automatically takes me to another Google site. Hopefully something there will get you back to the site you want.

If you are having this problem using the search box, check to make sure you have the desired plugin selected in the drop-down list.

Google used to redirect to a country-specific site from google.com, not the reverse. I have google.ca bookmarked, and I still get google.ca when I search. If I use google.com, it now stays as google.com.
