Firefox crashes with Publisher's Clearing House sites
I play games with a couple of websites with Publisher's Clearing House. pchgames.com and pchlotto.com. They require a couple of plugins such as adobe reader and adobe flash. Now which of these plugins is causing firefox to crash I have no idea. Even with the latest version of firefox 13.0.1 it still crashes. The only way I can play games on both sites is through safemode which is such B.S. You people better have this looked at and get it fixed.

hello, the latest flash update has caused quite a few problems, please try reverting to version 11.2 for the moment
I can't seem to find Adobe Flash 11.2 on my computer nor through adobe.

If you can't get Flash 11.3 to work and need to revert to Flash 11.2 then you can download the Flash 11.2 player via this direct link:
I've tried to load adobe flash 11.2 onto my computer. But when I tried, I'd get a warning from adobe that says that the Adobe 11.2 that I'm going "to install is not the most current version. Please visit the 'Player Download Center' to obtain the latest, more secure version." And the only thing this window comes with the warning is a quit button. Any other suggestions in getting Adobe 11.2?
Try to install the 11.3 version if that is currently installed.
I've removed Adobe Flash 11.3 and put it 11.2 Adobe flash and Firefox still crashes. I've tried to access pchgames.com of Publisher's Clearing House twice and Firefox crashed BOTH times. I was not even able to get on the website pchgames.com because firefox crashed. It's gotta be more than just Adobe flash.
hello, are there any crash ids available in firefox that you could provide in your next posting?
Which ID are you looking for? The UUID???
no, the ids of submitted crash reports - just enter about:crashes into the address bar in order to access them (details are explained in the link i've posted above)
Here is a list of the last 3 crashes of firefox.

hello, thanks for providing the crash ids - those crashes are caused by the trusteer rapport software on your pc.
please look for an update of this software or report the issue to trusteer's support
or for a short term solution stop the program in the win start menu > all programs > trusteer rapport > stop rapport or totally remove it from the windows control panel/programs section in case you don't depend on it.
For now I have removed Trusteer from my computer. It was a security feature I obtained through INGDirect USA. Perhaps I can download an updated version through them.
