How to download firefox 17 and set the mode to 32 bit
As it says... Need to download firefox 17 but i cant find it and then i need to set it in 32 bit mode. How do i do this? I hade a mac 10.8

Why do you need Firefox 17 instead of Firefox 18?
The 32-bit mode is set in Finder. I'm a Windows user, so no personal experience with this, but I have a link for you: How can I set firefox to boot in 32bit mode by default? some media sites always require a reboot. Does that work?

Do you have plugins that only run in 32 bit mode?
You can use these steps to start Firefox in 32 bit mode:
- Close Firefox
- Start the Finder and open the Applications folder
- Right click or control-click the Firefox.app icon
- Select "Get Info"
- Select or Deselect "Open in 32-bit mode"
- Close the "Firefox Info" window
- Restart Firefox
it doesnt even have a box to check 32 bit :O
