I can access my other Yahoo! account and my Gmail account on Firefox, but not my primary Yahoo! account. I can access my primary account through Internet Explorer, from other computers, and on my phone, but not through Firefox. I don't think it's a problem with Yahoo! since I have another Yahoo! account that I have no problem with.

This only started happening a couple of days ago, and it was all of a sudden.
Any thoughts on what I should do?

Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

Thanks, but I'm still having the same issue. Is there anything else that I could try?

What happens when you try to log in?

I noticed you have an add-on named Bandoo that might connect to your Yahoo account(s). If you haven't tried disabling that, you could do that here:

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category

I'm able to log into Yahoo, but I can't access my inbox once I'm logged in. I click on Mail, and the new window opens up, but my inbox doesn't load.

I disabled Bandoo, and I'm still having the same issue.
