How do I get the quick filter toolbar *on* my thunderbird 3.0.11 (running on macbook pro running 10.6.8)? You have pages that describe how to use it but, not how to get it. My only View Toolbars options are Mail Toolbar and Customize. I've tried tricks described elsewhere on the web [ctrl-f and ctrl-shift-k] but they do not appear to do anything.
