The inbox text size is exceedingly small: is it possible to change this? It is currently very difficult to read. It is possible to change the zoom and font size, but this only changes this for the emails themselves, not the headers in my inbox. Is there any way to change this? FYI, my computer is a MacBook.

Generally, you shouldn't need to zoom; you can pre-set the display of message text.

To get straight to the point, you should probably try the https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/thunderbird/addon/theme-font-size-changer/ add-on to address issues with the size of the message list font.
