After the Firefox home page comes up at start up, immediately an unencrypted site with a search engine. The site is from Crome. It has multiple icons for various sites with I did not click on. I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it and it still comes up. Is it coming from the sync folder in My Documents.
