Before v29, I used to have the bookmarks toolbar at the bottom of the window, along with lots of addons, like Firebug, AdBlock, etc.

Since upgrading, I can not move any of them to the bottom of the window.

Why did this happen? Can I change it?

While it doesn't help with moving the bookmarks toolbar down, you can use the "Addon Bar (restored)" addon to get a customizable area at the bottom.

That's great - I could move my bookmarks element to the addon toolbar.
