I keep getting this error message and cannot send emails. the size of the message you are trying to send exceeds a temporary size limit of the server. I cannot send any emails even if it is only one word. does any body know how do correct this? Thank you

Tools menu (ALT+T) > outgoing server (SMTP) Select your outgoing server and edit the setting to use a password. I suggest you ask you mail provider what SMTP settings are appropriate as you simply do not name then here.
