can't type using firefox browser

when I open firefox browser I cant type anything in google bar or address bar. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall firefox and still nothing.

You may have turned on caret browsing <F7> by accident.

Caret Out {web link} Disables change of the caret browse mode by shortcut key(F7).
