Operating system Windows 8.1. I receive notifications from Firefox that I'm on version 32 but I am unable to get the latest version. The 'Setup Stub 33.0.3' downloads but, when I click on it, nothing happens. I have tried this several days running, without success.

Try using a full installer version from here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

Thanks for your efforts, Edmeister. Sorry to say that the same thing happened: 'Setup 33.0.3' (34.5MB) downloaded OK but, when clicked on, it too refused to run. Any other ideas, please?
