Hi there,

I work for a video-on-demand service and as part of our FAQ's we need to instruct customers to enable Javascript & accept all 3rd part cookies on Firefox to ensure they have an optimal viewing experience.

Is anyone able to outline how to enable Javascript & cookies on Firefox version 26-33. I would install each individual version of Firefox and test for myself, however the corporate firewall prevents me from this type of testing.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Cheers

hello emjay89, javascript is enabled by default in these browser versions with no user-facing option to disable it. if it is not working t's likely that an extension like noscript is blocking it.
