silverlight has installed, but does not show up anymore in list of plug-ins
an application asks for silverlight to be installed: it is installed but the application can now only run when i forst ininstall silverlight, then install again. trying to "remeber to allow this application to run silverlight" does';nt fix the problme, probably because i use private mode.

Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.
Exception should be remembered even when you are in PB mode.
In case you are using "Clear history when Firefox closes":
- do not clear the Site Preferences
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/remove-recent-browsing-search-and-download-history
Clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, passwords, and other website specific data.
