In Gmail Read mail is being moved from inbox to all mail folder
When I read my email from one of my gmail accounts it moves to the all mail folder and doesn't show up in the Inbox, How do I keep it in the inbox? I must of clicked some setting by mistake the other day and didn't realize it. thanks

First of all, it doesn't "move" to All Mail. All of your gmail email is stored in All Mail, and appears in other folders according to which tags it has.
It's possible that Thunderbird is set to show you only unread emails, so as soon as you've read them they become read and vanish.
Check these settings:
View|Folders|All QuickFilter Bar "unread" button "off"
