When using FireFox, I will get advertising audio files playing that I have not opened nor can I find any tab where the ad is taht is playing is located.
Just that. I'll be surfing the web and some ad will start playing, audio only. I have seen this in teh past and I would check my open tabs and would generally find one with the ad that is running. I could then delete or stop the ad and all would be fine. Now I cannot find the ad that is playing. In fact this will happen with just one tab open, such as my Yahoo.com (homepage default) or whatever. this is a recent problem. only two pr three weeks. The computer I've had for maybe two years and always used FireFox on it.

hello, could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...
