Hi all,

A strange problem with my Firefox browser started just today - if I press "Page Up" on my keyboard, it works like the "back" button (or "alt" + left arrow). The Page Down button works like the "forward" button (or "alt + right arrow), too.

I can still scroll up and down using the arrow keys, so things aren't completely messed up, but I'd like to fix it. The issue happened just after I'd updated to Windows 10, but I can't find any similar issues by searching the web or the firefox help topics, so I can't be completely sure it's a Windows 10 thing.

Cheers Pat

Hello Pat,

You are not alone! This bug is known, unfortunately it seems not to be a way to fix it. Consult the corresponding bug on Bugzilla for more information (also this bug a long time ago).

Thanks very much for the info, I'm glad it's not just me :) I'll try the workaround described on bugzilla, fingers crossed! Cheers Pat

Do you use a special keyboard or related keyboard device driver software? This seems too rare to be a random problem with the default Windows keyboard driver.
