Hi,

firefox generates unique ids (for example: toolkit.telemetry.cachedClientID which would naturally be used to unique identify this browser installation and its user!). This cacheClientID cannot be deleted, it will be restored each time FF is restarted. Also it connects to geo.mozilla.org everytime after launch (on port 443 which is encrypted). It does all this, even when all settings (reports, safebrowsing and sync services) are disabled. How can i turn Firefox into a browser that only connects to the sites i try to connect to? How to disable the generation of unique ids and the connection to geo-location-services (geo.mozilla.org)?

regards

I think you can add that site to a list of blocked sites if you have a block site add on or web filter.
