Since I upgraded, Firefox cannot download pages after a few minutes of interruption
Mac OS 10.10.2 Firefox 42.0 FF was upgraded and since then after a few minutes (when I quit the window) pages cannot download (stay white with connexion...) and I need to restart FF

Use this link to check that your plugins are up-to-date. If any are listed as unknown or research, do not worry about them.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Do you run any security software on your Mac?
I changed a few network.dns settings in config, and it looks to work fine since. And defined "no proxy". No clue what I did... but looks ok now. Thanks JM - no I ran no security, and it didn't work either in safe mode
