You seem to have two PDF Plugins. Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 11.0.14 Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 15.10.20056
You should get rid of the older one.
I have no plug ins at all. I am trying to install one, unsuccessfully
On the PC that you used to post here, there are 14 installed plugins listed in the forum software. See the More System Details in the right-hand column.
Or is your support question about a different PC?
