I'm new in Thunderbird and I'm thinking in using it just to read, manage and store RSS feeds. I'm migrating from Windows Live Mail to Thunderbird, and I have already setup my news feeds, all them working nicely.

My question is: how do I do to transfer/import all my old feed items currently stored in Windows Live Mail to Thunderbird?

I do not use RSS feeds, but I did locate this info:

The info at the link below implies you need to export the WLM feeds in OPML format, so you can import.
