My old emails in Inbox & Sent items vanished, why & how to retreive it ?
As I described that yesterday my emails in Inbox & sent folder was there but today when I open my email, no email in Inbox & sent folder so WHY and how do I retrieve my old emails that are vanished now.

Is the account IMAP or POP?
Hi Matt Thanks for your reply but I don't know whether its IMAP or POP? so how do I check this ?
Right click on mail account name in left Folder Pane and select 'Settings' click on 'server Settings' for the mail account At the top, on the right side, it will say: 'Server Type' POP or Imap Mail server
My account is IMAP
