Firefox installed from "Firefox Setup Stub 45.0.1" crashes on Startup. This is on Windows 7 64 bit.

This is possibly a problem with "Websense Endpoint" software.

Websense states that it only supports the Firefox ESR version, so you can consider to switch to that version if that is possible.
