Facebook crashing Firefox 47.0.1 - Not present in Firefox 47.0
Signing into facebook and conducting a search for a person creates results tabbed as people, posts, etc. The content is dynamically refreshed as you scroll down when you search for a particular person. Firefox 47.0.1 immediately crashes and goes to the crash reporter when you attempt to scroll down the dynamically refreshed search results. This behavior wasn't present in Firefox 47.0 or any other previous version I can recall. I've restarted Firefox in safe mode and the result is the same; Firefox 47.0.1 crashes in safe mode on facebook when you attempt to scroll down the search/feed results. So, the safe mode test tells me that the cause isn't my existing extensions.
Please, look into this as it makes Firefox nearly unusable for my desktop usage.

hi, unfortunately this crash will be caused by your comodo firewall hooking into the firefox process: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1274630
Note that the System Details list shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts. The user.js file will only be present if you or other software has created this file and normally won't be present.
You can check its content with a plain text editor (right-click: "Open with"; do not double-click). The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.
You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself.
You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Directory:
Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
Windows hides some file extensions by default. Among them .html and .ini and .js and .txt and you may only see a file name without file extension. You can check the file extension (type) in the properties of the file in Windows Explorer via the right-click context menu.
