This is the URL that is loading differently. The issue has nothing to do with color. It is all about the page layout being completely different.

I solved the issue. For some reason, it was the screen resolution. I do not like the solution and if anyone has a better remedy, I would certainly entertain it. Thanks to those who helped. They put me on the right track.
