Your chum search.com pop up, in or out of the privacy window is keeping me out of any search at all. Where is it and how do I remove it from your search bars? Deleting it doesn't work.

Hi, it's browser hijacking malware - and nothing to do with Firefox, which is unusual to see on a Mac, but you can try running this free removal program -

After removal you may need to reset your home page and search, which you can do by running the add-on SearchReset.
