I am unable to send or reply to emails because the send button is completely missing. Any way to get it back??

The send button is completely going when sending and replying to messages, all my toolbars are there though

Open the Write window. Press alt or F10 to make a menu appear. Go to View|Toolbars and tick the checkboxes.

So all your toolbars were not there :)
