How can I prevent emails from opening automatically when I delete the email above?
We are having issues with emails automatically opening when we have deleted the email above, and it is confusing people because they think someone has already addressed it (this is an email account checked by multiple people in a business). I would like all emails to be marked as unread until it is double-clicked on and opened by a person. Thank you.
