I get the following error message when I try to play a video from a local TV station KVUE. "Cannot load m308: Cross Domain Access Denied". Please advise as to what setting i need to change in order to view it.

That might be a permission issue and you may have to create an "Allow" exception for some domains. If you aren't enabling third-party cookies then you can temporarily enable third-party cookies to see what third-party domains are involved and create an allow exception for these domains.
To see all History and Cookie settings, choose:
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Options+window+-+Privacy+panel
You can use the Storage Inspector to check what cookies are present.
