Recover gmail password
I had to get a new phone after a year and the screen broke...I can't remember my pass word to get into my Email!!!I can't believe I'm having so much trouble and Google says They can't Verify me

Once, Google reset my password and it took me two days to recover it. For some reason, all the codes they sent me by text did not work and only an old secondary email account worked. It was pretty disturbing.
Unfortunately, volunteers here at Mozilla support are not able to help with Google password issues. Have you worked through their troubleshooter?
