Constantly having to enter password, so changed it, still same

Had this problem a few months now. Before emails will come in I get the please enter password box, I enter it and tick the save with password manager box, sometimes this works and emails come in, and other times nothing happens, as now. Changed password but no different. Opened a Microsoft Mail account and that works fine but I don't like it. Can get emails on phone, no problem

Thanks for that, Just opened TB and all's well, it is intermittent though, its just a nuisance.
