Thunderbird no longer recognizes my password and has sent link to change it to my e.mail, which I cannot open without a password!!!! Help!
I have also gone to webmail, and, although I can then access my account (without any folders), there is still no email giving me a link to change my password. How can i get back to my main Thunderbird account?

Thunderbird has nothing to do with changing your email password. You do that with your email provider. No one from Thunderbird or Mozilla is going to request you to change your email password much less send you a link to do that. You might want to get your account working with your provider.
