I am wanting to switch back to Firefox browser. I used to use it exclusively, so I thought I had an account already. When I request a 'reset password' link, I do not get an e-mail with a reset link. I assume Firefox does not recognize my e-mail. So, I want to create an account. On the Firefox home page there is a sign in option, but I cannot find a 'Register' or 'Create Account' link.

Try to log in to the Firefox account via this website.

If you registered a long time ago then it is possible that the Firefox Account no longer exist or you might have registered under an older Sync version.

You should be able to create a new account via "Options/Preferences -> Firefox Account". If that says that the email already exists then check this:
