Two people have recently left our office. We now have two inactive email addresses which keep receiving relevant emails. So I don't want to simply delete the addresses: I want to hide them from the sidebar AND redirect all incoming emails to other email accounts that are still in use. How do I do that??? Thanks!

Go to your email provider and ask them what your options to forward the addresses are.
