my weekly calendar is blocks displayed on the weekly grid, an event's title shows, but nothing else. I would like the event's location to show as well, I swear it used to. Can't find a place to make that happen - he;lp

I guess you upgrade to version 60.0. The What's New document claims it does that now. https://blog.mozilla.org/thunderbird/2018/08/whats-new-in-thunderbird-60/
