For some reason, the install.rdf file in version 3.3.0 of this add-on, the latest, contains a line that states the maximum TB version for which it is compatible is 59.*. To install it in TB 60, change the preference extensions.strictCompatibility to false in Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor. Double-click a preference to toggle its value.
