about:addons not loading

"Manage your extensions" on about:addons doesn't load. When I start in safe mode, it loads everything and shows them all disabled. When I go to the page in normal mode, all I see are blank lines.

I just upgraded to firefox 65.0.

Also, searching from the url field doesn't work. I type something, then hit the enter key and nothing happens.

I recommend reinstall your browser. Also, with check antivirus program your computer.

Guess I'll try that later. For now, I just downgraded back to 64.0.2 and it works fine again. I think I have a custom css, so I want to copy that and my bookmarks somewhere before I try a full uninstall.
