Hello,

Thunderbird removes some spaces from the subject line after sending the mail.

Example: "This ______ is ______ the _______ subject" gets converted to "This is the subject"

___ = spaces

Is there an option that i can have more spaces in the subject line? I searched with google but it seems nobody has this problem.

Removes spaces prior to sending. You can test it by using save as draft and then viewing the draft.

This has clearly been included in the code as a means of stripping spaces probably to resolve some bug regarding spaces.

but why would you try to add unnecesary spaces in the Subject as it would make the Subject look like spam?
