Depending on the hearing aid brand they may have FAQ on their website with information on how to do stuff like sync bluetooth devices like tablets and phones to the hearing aid.

The hearing aid likely came with a manual that will have at least the basics on how to do it.

Also your Audiologist that fitted your hearing aid could help you.
