Bookmarks Toolbars don`t show anymore.
Despite of bookmarks tools being activated it doesn't show up anymore or when i first open Firefox, it is displayed for 1 second only and gone. (Ive noticed, though, if u open Firefox on Private mode, it works fine.

I'll mention something obscure -- there is occasionally a glitch among users who set Firefox to "Restore Previous Session" at startup. It works fine until suddenly one day they can see the Bookmarks Toolbar for a moment before tabs are restored, at which point it vanishes. Does that seem similar to your problem? Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Yay.. it worked when i have the "Restore previous session" unabled. Thx for hint :)
