Firefox doesn't load site resources: The resource at was blocked by Safe Browsing
I can open the website in Google Chrome but can't in Firefox. Images, css, js - nothing loads. The site is on WP. It's not an http\https issue. How to disable this? I don't be any MORE safe than I am already is by not enter certain web pages!

If the problem is with the main site, you should get the message full screen. If the problem is with a different domain used for resources on that page, you may need to load one of those URLs directly to get the error screen (and bypass the error).
I had this problem today with https://wordpress.com/ - I tried safe mode and zero tracking protection - no luck. I solved it by deleting all wordpress cookies and all those of the site I manage on their platform. It was nothing to do with tracking as far as I can tell.
