Homepage only loads after PC reboot

I get a blank white page when I open Firefox. It loads my home page when I first turn on PC. It will not load my homepage once I've closed firefox and the re-open it. It loads my homepage if I disable add-ons. The only addons i have are OpenH264 and Wildvine Decryption. I disable those but that doesn't help. Restore previous session is un-checked. I've gone into config and made sure browser.startup.page was set to 1.

Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter.
Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard..
Now in the Reply Box on the forum page, do a right-click in the box and select Paste.
