I've been trying for two days to correct a problem with Firefox. When I try to open the app on my iMac (10.15.6) I get a message telling me that my "Profile is missing and Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible."

I've made many attempts to fix this, including trying to download the Profile Manager app. I even called Apple support.

Is there a way that you can help me? I'm lost without my Firefox!!
