The Other Bookmarks folder is located on the far right side of the toolbar instead of being a movable folder. This happened after Firefox crashed and I lost all my preferences (any help with that?) I tried to use the method that jscher2000 recommended when I asked this before but the only thing it did was remove the folder entirely from the toolbar.

You can't move this folder. this Other Bookmarks button is always positioned at the far right on the Bookmarks Toolbar (i.e. after the '>>' overflow chevron). You can only hide this button via the right-click context menu.

In Firefox 85+ you can right-click the "Other Bookmarks" icon on the Bookmarks Toolbar show or hide this button (Show Other Bookmarks).
