WHAT is with this SITE!! THE change username option DOES NOT EVEN WORK HERE, BLOODY HELL!! YOU TRY changing name and this error keeps coming up WHAT!

TRYING AGAIN MANY TIMES SAME ERROR. NEVER seen a ridiculous error such as this ANY OTHER SITE like here! WHAT IS GOING ON?
