Is there a way to sync Google Contacts to thunderbird?
Plugins as GContactSync are not working anymore

For TB 78, open Config. editor from Options/General/Indexing and toggle mail.addr_book.carddav.enabled to true. This isn't necessary in TB 91.

In Address Book, File/New/CardDAV Address Book..., enter your gmail address and use this for the URL:
https://www.googleapis.com/carddav/v1/principals/yourname@gmail.com/lists/default/
Press Alt if the Menu Bar with File is hidden. Cookies must be accepted in TB Options for OAuth2 authentication.
Thanks for your answer but that option i dont have CardDAV is on the system

Is there also a solution to delete the default personal adres book? Now i have 2 (1 google and 1 personal)
Personal Address Book and Collected Addresses are defaults and cannot be removed, but their presence won't affect address autocomplete in the Write window or other functions.
