I just downloaded and installed latest Firebox browser on Windows 10 64bit Pro system. I use to be able to log into my Godaddy Microsoft 365 account. Now I get the following:

===========================================

Your browser is a bit unusual...

Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, or using a different web browser.

===========================================

I turned off blocking, popup adds and still gets same error (I stopped Firefox and restart and same issue).

Please help. Fred Kuhlman

The error message is big on not saying what the problem is.

I have the same problem, have used GoDaddy for over a decade, have accessed it a lot over the last few months and then suddenly got that annoying message and am unable to login.

Upon logging in to GoDaddy from a computer that doesn't use Firefox, at the top of the website, it says "We built our website for newer browsers. Update now for the best experience," and three browser links/icons are there for downloading Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Er, I *am* using Firefox and now can't get onto GoDaddy.

Vosvuur Sometimes you can get that error because the Firefox user agent was altered. If the below does not help, please post a new question.

Do you have enabled "Resist Fingerprinting" if you check ‘’’Resist Fingerprinting’’’ on the ‘’’about:config’’’ page as this affects the user agent?

’’’Avast AntiTrack’’’ is also known to cause this issue.

Thank you. User agent looks okay. Where can I find/access the "about:config" page to check fingerprinting? And where would one find "Avast AntiTrack"? I doubt it's on the computer but would like to check.

Should I try (temporarily) disabling ad blockers (where can that be done?) per the GoDaddy message?

It is possible that javascript has been disabled. If you think it might solve the problem to turn it on again, where can that be done?

Appreciate your help!
