I have Firefox 99.0.1 (64-Bit) now & have not had a problem in the past accessing https://customer.xfinity.com/#/services/internet#usage.

Now, it partially loads & often get the "SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_ALERT" error.

In looking it up, this error appears to be specific to Firefox.

It was an issue 3 years ago: [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../1256432].

For the past few years, Firefox has had more problems with websites that work fine in other browsers, even the EDGE browser. Even in the 3-year-old bug mention above, it works in other browsers, but in the Firefox browser fails.

Firefox needs to fix this bug. It should not be an issue for over 3 years, especially when it works fine in other browsers.

It appears adding a link in this comment section is also screwed up. Retying to send it through successfully.
