Pinned Tabs Started Scrolling in Floorp 11.17.3 (ESR 128)

After updating to Floorp 11.17.3 (based on Firefox ESR 128), all my pinned tabs now scroll with normal tabs. So, if I have enough tabs open that I need to scroll to see them all, my pinned tabs scroll to the left and go out of sight. Before update they were always in place, and only unpinned tabs were scrolling. Is there a way to make them stationary again?

Floorp is a fork of Firefox and is a different project. I recommend that you contact the Floorp team for help with this issue.
