Internet service was reset. Now I get the message, "Sorry, the page you requested was not found."

My cable internet service was shut down. Since it was restarted, my home page will open. I get, "Sorry, the page you requested was not found". I can get to yahoo.com through the yahoo toolbar, but not using my 'home' button, or any link generated from other search engines. Everything else works fine. How do I fix this?
